Must have the following to apply:

• Two years course work from a vocational or technical school in heating, ventilation, and air condition, plumbing, electrical, and construction trades,AND
• Seven years experience performing skilled maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds with at least two years in supervisory capacity,OR
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Valid Drivers License

Job Description:

This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, supervising, and monitoring the day-to-day general maintenance and repair of buildings, vehicles, grounds, and equipment.

• Negotiates, supervises, and monitors all contracted maintenance services
• Ensures all equipment remains in working order and compliance with standard operating procedures and safety standards
• Participates in more difficult repair work
• Operates a company vehicle to pick-up and/or deliver materials
• Maintains an inventory of all the company's property and administers a departmental budget
• Work requires driving a vehicle and working outdoors daily with exposure to discomforts associated with changes in weather, or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like

Days and Hours:

Pay:

$49,147.16 to $55,298.42 annually, depending on experience. Benefits are offered.
