Responsabilidades

Documentação e aprovação de Auxílio Educacional e Idiomas;

Movimentações de Programa de Compras de Ações (ESPP);

Elaboração de documentos internos, como Carta de Visto e Declarações não automatizadas para funcionários;

Atualização Parceria e Convênios;

Abertura de ordem de compras, recebimento de NFs e acompanhamento de pagamento de comissão para ex-funcionários.

Requisitos e habilidades necessárias

Inglês Avançado para conversação;

Excel Avançado;

Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em São Paulo - Morumbi.

Requisitos e habilidades desejáveis

Pessoa comunicativa, com facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, paciência para lidar com funcionários, resiliente e que goste de resolver problemas. Pessoa com bastante iniciativa e com vontade de aprender.
