Job Summary and Qualifications

The Operations Analyst will develop and maintain reporting tools necessary to support Parallon operations, including development of tools to effectively report FTE impacts, inventory summary, automation success/failure and department KPIs through dashboards. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Executive Management, Strategic Resource Director, Department Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and IT&S to help draft effective responses related to Automation and Global trends.

What you will do in this role:

Works closely with department operational leader(s) to asses and report performances.

Coordinates scheduled and ad hoc data and analysis requests.

Develop, test and deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports.

Proactively review and provide data analysis.

Assist in translating business reporting requirements to development staff.

Assist Manager and Director in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance.

Understands revenue cycle operations and technologies currently in place.

Plays a role in the data standardization process and helps develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring.

Assists with monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Automation and Global inventory.

Builds a strong understanding of SSC and Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies.

Strong attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of the data being reported.

Works quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the customer particularly when faced with tight turnaround times.

Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.

Minimal travel may be required.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field required.

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.

Revenue Cycle/SSC experience preferred.

HCA based system experience preferred.

Basic SQL and/or Business Objects query writing experience preferred.
