Salary: From 6100 PLN/a month. The actual salary is based on your skills, experiences and knowledge.

In this role, you will work with a highly dedicated and collaborative team in a truly international environment. We are motivated by processing payroll data in a way that employees have a seamless payroll experience. Whilst we are taking care of our day-to-day work, we are focused on enhancing the way we work and appreciate ideas and input from all our team members.

You are mainly responsible to ensure high quality of payroll relevant data and to prepare them accurately for the transmission to the payroll provider. You also work very closely with the Finance Accounting organization and HR on any questions coming up during the payroll cycle.

You are enthusiastic about best practices and are constantly looking for more efficient and automated ways to gather the payroll input. You support the stakeholder process preparing business cases for the new approach based on data insights.

Qualifications

• You are fluent in English to be able to interact with the team members from different countries and regions. Other languages for ex. Polish are beneficial.

• To enjoy the job, you should be focused on detail and you like working with numbers.

• You know the terminology of Pivot Tables and V-Look-up and you are able to use these functionalities effectively.

• It’s certainly a bonus if you have already worked in an HR/Payroll function in Poland.

• As payroll means working against strict deadlines, you need to be well organized and excellent in managing your time.

• One of your personality traits is keeping calm even in more hectic situations.

• You are a responsible team member with both problem solving & communication skills.

• You should be focused on listening, responding to and working constructively with other team members.

• You are a person who is oriented on results and is always looking to improve processes.

• If you already worked with Workday, it is a plus

• College Graduate is the minimum requirement.
