iPROPERTY MANAGER IVMinimum Qualification Requirements:To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:iBasic Education:i A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.Specialized Experience: Two and one-half years (2 1/2) iof progressively responsible work experience in property management; viz., the efficient utilization and maintenance of real property which included such activities as the acquisition or sale of real property, property evaluation, preparation and solicitation of bids, establishment of rental rates, selection of tenants, and the protection and maintenance of property. This work experience in property management must have included experience in business, commercial or industriali real property management.iSubstitutions Allowed:ii1.i A bachelor's degree in real estate from an accredited college or university may be substituted for six (6) months of Specialized Experience.2.i A Certified Property Manager (CPM) professional designation or a Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional designation may be substituted for six (6) monhhts of SpecializediExperience.3.i A master's degree from an accredited college or university in real estate, land development or closely related field may be substitued for one (1) year of Specialized Experience.iDriver's License: A valid driver's license is required for some positions. For those positions requiring a driver's license, you must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.Federal Criminal History Records Check: In accordance with Federal regulations, persons who are being considered for employment in positions which require unescorted access to secured areas at the airport must undergo a pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check. In order to be granted the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance, prospective employees must not have been convicted, or found "not guilty by reason of insanity," of a disqualifying criminal offense within 10 years from the date of the application. Upon recommendation for hire, prospective employees will be required to successfully undergo the fingerprint-based criminal history record check and be found free of disqualifying convictions during the preceding ten years.
