Responsibilities

Responsibilities include overseeing all traffic functions, carrier scheduling and customer service.

Schedule and set up the daily outbound shipments.

Ensure all outbound shipments are shipped on time and full.

Communicate with truck lines and setting up scheduling.

Assist with the set up freight rates.

Communicate with inside sales department to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.

Communicate with customers to help schedule deliveries.

Help maintain inventory control.

Follow applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices.

Qualifications

High school dipolma or GED required

Experience in traffic field is strongly preferred

Knowledge of Berry product and systems preferred

Ability to work in a fact paced environment necessary

Ability to adapt to changes in the day requried

Solid computer, communication, and typing skills required
